Nothing on this website, in a book or course, or inside a community discussion is individualized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Access does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, attorney- client, or similar professional relationship.
Market risk and no guarantees
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. Leverage and certain products may increase losses. Past performance, examples, testimonials, and simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes. You are responsible for your own research, decisions, risk limits, and compliance with applicable rules.
Courses and inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not guarantee enrollment, a specific schedule, pricing, availability, or results. Any final course scope, price, payment, cancellation, and access terms should be provided separately before enrollment. Submitting the email signup form authorizes Dopson Trading Lab to send the selected updates; subscribers may withdraw that consent by contacting us.
Community access and conduct
Discord access is subject to an application and approval process, platform rules, and community standards. Access may be declined, limited, or removed for unsafe, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive behavior. Community posts are the views of their individual authors and should be independently evaluated.
Minors
Minors may use age-appropriate educational materials only with parent or guardian approval and in accordance with each platform's age requirements. Nothing on this site encourages unsupervised live trading by minors.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, course materials, and original educational content are owned by or licensed to JD Dopson and Dopson Trading Lab. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial learning, but may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or distribute protected content without written permission.

This site may use or link to Google Forms, Google Sheets, Amazon, Discord, Instagram, email providers, or other third parties. Those services control their own content, availability, terms, pricing, and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee or endorse every statement, product, or user found on that service.
